It was the best facial I have ever had! Grace is exceptional - extremely welcoming, warm, knowledgeable, kind and she is a true expert in her field and most importantly - Grace loves her job which makes it a memorable and special experience. We had a lovely chat about skincare and I got a ton of tips of how to build and maintain an effective skincare routine. The facial itself was absolutely perfect from start to finish. It was a pleasure to be in Grace’s presence and I can’t wait to come back
