Before I even get to Grace and her service let me just tell you about the environment (see the photos). It feels peaceful and very calming. This leads of to the consultation in which Grace shows her expertise and knowledge and she translates this in a friendly way. The treatments I had can be quite painful in general and Grace does everything she can to make it as comfortable as possible. She goes at the pace which suits my tolerance and takes your mind off by having a good chat. 11/10

A facial at Shi’Zen never disappoints! Grace was very pleasant, thorough, professional and knows exactly what’s necessary and beneficial - she’s the “skin whisperer”. My skin was pampered and felt clean, toned and so refreshed afterwards. Overall, it was a wonderful facial experience, A+!
