Shelly is a amazing therapist and a joy to be around. She is calm and sensitive to others needs. Her products are absolutely beautiful smelling. My microdermabrasion has had such positive difference to my skin so plump and soft. Thank you Shelly!

I treated myself to “the paperback” massage with Sandra. In short AMAZING!
The spa has a lovely feel with great decor and lots of quirky cool features.
I felt at ease straight away.
The massage itself was just what I needed, the therapist had great hands and really helped my aching back! I felt fabulous afterwards and can’t wait to come back.

I have had treatments with Shelly, the owner of Shhh-Holistic before, she is AMAZING! As I only had a couple of hours in which I could get there I thought it was a long shot Shelly would be available too....she wasn’t, but I was assured that her technique is used across the Spa with the therapists that work with her. On arrival I was delighted to find out my therapist was Sandra, who I had had a treatment from many years ago at another place.... I instantly knew I was in for a treat! I was asked by Sandra if I had any areas I wanted her to avoid during my massage which was great as I have a bad back which I wouldn’t have thought to tell her but which she needed to know. Her massage did indeed follow Shelly’s technique and was every bit as special...it was and is more than a massage, more of a relaxing, grounding, healing and restorative experience....which is what I was desperately in need of! I will go back and feel confident that whoever my therapist will be at Shhh-holistic, my quality of experience will be the same every time.
