A visit to Shhh is a unique experience. You come away feeling truly held, supported and heard. Really cocooned from the outside world. Shelly can access areas of tension and blocked energy in away that other practitioners are simply not aware are available to them. The room is beautiful, music soothing, bed and bedding delicious, decor enchanting but remains unpretentious... I could move in but would probably just fall asleep. The effects aren't always immediate, but they are deep...

I’ve been seeing Shelly for a while now and each treatment I have is utterly amazing. Shelly is professional, understanding, kind, incredibly talented at what she does and I love coming for my treatments. I’ve been having different treatments for years but I’ve never had anything as good as this.
The treatment room helps towards calming and relaxing you before you start.
Shelly’s gentle and kind manner helps you to talk openly about what you need and how youd like the treatments to be.
One of my favourite things is the face and head massage and the hot towel along with the incredible oils used. The smells alone are amazing.
These have been the best treatments I’ve ever had and I will never stop seeing this wonder women.
