Shelly's treatments are literary out of this world! I have been going to her for nearly a year for Reiki treatments and it has changed my life. I heard about Shelly treatments at Shh Holistic by word of mouth, and I instinctivly knew that I needed to see her. I had been struggling to deal with emotional issues for some time and I had heard that Reiki could be worth a try. I cannot recommend Shelly more highly- she has helped me to release and heal old wounds and not only that, she has helped me to look towards the future. She always goes above and beyond to provide you with a magical experience- not just for the Reiki treatments (which happen to be all powerful but gentle and calming too) but for the councel and support too. Since seeing Shelly I have elevated in all areas of my life.

This was my first visit and I’m already booked to see Shelly again! This is like no other treatment I’ve had before, Shelly is kind, gentle, empathetic and makes you feel so welcomed and heard. The space is beautiful and truly takes you away from the outside world. Thank you, I can’t wait to come back! X

Shelley is amazing - her massages gets to the root of the problem and she knows exactly what you need and how to treat it. Feeling so much more comfortable now those dull aching pains have been lifted- what a relief!!
