I booked with Shewley and have been before - usually she is amazing! This time it was someone else who didn’t introduce herself… just nodded when I asked about Shewley.
She didn’t speak at all during the treatment so I didn’t know what was going on.
The room is way less private now as the front wall is open to the nail salon.
The lash lift was uneven and has dropped a lot in 5 days. I don’t think she tinted them either

The planned therapist was unwell so had an inexperienced trainee (without being told). I was instructed to lie on the flimsy bed without a pillow for my head or cushion behind knees. The trainee had her phone on the end of the bed, vibrating every couple of minutes then she’d pause, use her phone then continue for a minute or two before going back to her phone. The music was also far too loud. Really unprofessional service.
