I wanted a particular style, which I think was beyond the stylist that cut my hair. I went back to see if the stylist I originally booked my first appointment with could fix it. But she appears to have been unable to. I am left with a bob rather than the asymmetric cut that I asked for. Really upset. I have booked an appointment with an alternative salon for first thing in the morning. Although the stylists were polite and pleasant.
