1. Appointment started 15 minutes late with no apology.
2. Therapists was pleasant enough but the treatment felt rushed.
3. After 4 days the gel polish has already chipped in places.
4. My biggest issue is this salon is not clean! The bin was overflowing. The floor was dirty - it wasn’t fresh dirty. There are layers of dust everywhere. I was sat looking at the shelves of nail polish and they are thick with dust. It looks like the place hasn’t been properly cleaned in years.

Recently move to area. Was a bit worry to find right hairdresser. I am a bit capricious when it is come to my hair. Nice and cosy salon. Great haircut. Reasonable price. Thank you so much. You got one more happy client !
