Good haircut and a nice studio overall. The quality of the cut was good, but the experience felt a bit impersonal. I wasn’t really greeted on arrival, there wasn’t much conversation during the appointment, and I wasn’t offered a drink despite seeing them available. I’d also have appreciated discussing the haircut before the wash, with a bit more guidance or suggestions. Overall, I was happy with the result, but the customer experience could feel warmer and more attentive.
