I had balayage done here and at first I wasn’t 100% happy with the shade, even though it was exactly what I’d asked for. The team were so kind and patient, asking me what I didn’t like and offering to make it a little darker. They completely transformed it, and I absolutely love the final result! The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming, and the salon was spotless. Thank you for listening, understanding, and making sure I left feeling so happy with my hair!
