First time I've been here the experience was warm welcomed and friendly service. I was happy with the end result of my hair cut of layers definitely come here again.

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes to hear “we can’t provide you your booking”. Why take bookings then? Ridiculous.

I don't like giving bad reviews but this experience was so uncomfortable I had to make sure others knew. My waxing was patchy and the staff member was racist. She was kind enough throughout the appointment but she did express a dislike for Muslims. It was very clean from what I saw and apart from that comment the staff member was friendly. But after the racist comments together with finding large patches of hair (to the point I had to go over it with a razor when I got home) I won't be going here again.
