I booked a spa pedicure and manicure. The spa treatments were lovely, Nisha who was doing the treatment was great but the gel polish at the end looked terrible. She had to re-do my one of my thumbs as it smudged and the polish was not put on correctly. I feel that as a salon, they are more on the hair side than beauty. Not nail salon standards at all. It's a shame as the staff were all really friendly, couldn't fault them.

It felt very rushed and the wax was not fully complete. For £30 and a appointment that was supposed to take 20mins was done in 10mins, I do not feel it was value for money.

Like always super quick and efficient. Staff don't make cheat chat. They keep their focus. They are nice and caring and the same time super efficient. That's why I keep coming.

Due to terrible time management systems I was unable to even receive the treatment. Would not recommend this place at all!!!
