Used this salon for a blow dry for a while - only one hairdresser is any good but it was near my house and a decent price. However, after my most recent appointment they informed me they’d be charging me £10 extra, because my hair “takes time”. My hair is shoulder length & I have an undercut. Really unprofessional to try and add £10 to their listed price and terrible business practise. Won’t be returning and will be warning my friends away too.
