The salon itself is clean, tidy, and well looked after - and the receptionists were very friendly and helpful, but the hairdressing staff were brisk, rude, and tried to overcharge me even though I'd already made a TW booking. Spent the whole time talking amongst themselves in Spanish, which made me feel uncomfortable because (unfortunately) I don't speak Spanish, so I didn't really know what they were going to do to my hair, as they didn't translate or explain. The result was ok, but I probably won't return because it was rather a nerve wracking experience!, sadly!
I love how they do my hair in sheer bliss. The hairdressers are very skilled and although they don't speak much English they are very profesional and always do an amazing job. The staff at the reception though were a bit rude, I told them mybname and then they just shouted at the hairdresser in their language to let them know I had arrived, not very welcoming but if you want to have your hair cut properly without breaking the bank that is the place for you.
Classic showing up and the salon not knowing that I was coming even though I'd pre paid for the treatment but I think that must be something to do with the app as well and not just a salon thing, as it's happened in other places. It was a bit weird at first because the guy who was cutting my hair didn't speak English, he had a girl translating to me, but he understood what I was saying and he did a lovely haircut, perfect in fact, exactly what I wanted, so don't be put off by that!!! Would recommend it as it's a bargain price and that guy is a really good hairdresser
