I really love this place and the staff were great as always. I was a little miffed that the blowdry for this treatment was only a rough dry - I had picked it specifically because I thought that a blowdry/style was part of the package, and as such it was a bit disappointing. Staff were great but it wasnt the most satisfying experience. Probably worth rewording the description to avoid future disappointments!
