The venue and the staff were amazing. I get quite nervous having to sit still; and my treatment took three hours! But the staff were really friendly and the venue is spacious with big windows so you don’t feel suffocated at all. Dorina was an angel and stayed late so she could finish everything which I really appreciated. I am quite happy with the balayage, I’m giving it 4 and not 5 stars only because it is a bit more “ashy” than I would have liked (I was going for a more golden honey colour) - but objectively quite pretty. And that’s just the toner anyways so it will vary rapidly; I am very happy with the way the discoloured hair fades into my natural hair. I would happily go back, and heartedly recommend it.

Worst dry haircut I had + I had to wait 45 mins to get my haircut. I asked to trim my fringe and the guy did a really bad job and it’s not even straight at all...

I had my hair cut here on Monday. My booking was under the incorrect name. They put me with a trainee without telling me, who did not wash my hair properly and the cut is longer on one side than the other and is shorter than I wanted it. Will have to go somewhere else to pay to get it fixed. The staff were unfriendly and the place was loud and not relaxing in any way,

Was all ok and efficient - English was poor. The hairdresser shaved my baby hair which was unexpected !
