Rushed and wonky haircut with stylist commenting it looked bad after finishing... Great value for money for (if only after a basic quick trim!) but would avoid for anything more substantial

I had booked a wash and trim which was meant to last an hour. I was given a dry cut and was out in 15mins. Really unhappy with the service - no ambience/enjoyment in the experience. Staff weren’t overly interested. Ellie, who cut my hair kept telling me to come back and see her for my next cut, but I’ll be going somewhere else.

The guy who cut my hair was fast and professional. I asked for a straight cut and he did a very neat job! Also the receptionist and the lady who washed my hair were both lovely and very welcoming. I go here often and will be going back again.
