I think my hairdresser was a trainee? His understanding of a 'soft-angled, shoulder length Bob' was not the result I was expecting and it was not the same result as I have had from other hairdressers. he cut my hair with the scissors against my neck - which was a little uncomfortable and made me feel a bit uneasy, he got very close to scratching my throat with the scissors :(. He also needed assistance in blow-drying my hair. Overall, not a great experience and I unfortunately will not be recommending the salon to friends.
Ladies' Haircuts
Good haircut, had to pay 20£ extra just for the blow dry but I was asked before I wanted to "add" additional blow dry, I'd expected it to be an extra 10£, 15£ max happy with the job done.
