When I arrived no one took my bag or jumper so I had to put them in the floor, several staff walked by and just ignored it didn't feel very sanitary, hairdresser was nice but when I showed several pics of what I wanted she didn't understand the style though and the fringe I got was bad it was super old fashioned and curved round my face I've had to get it cut again, but the rest of my hair was cut lovely, she just did a rough dry and it was blow dry what I paid for, won't go back.

I ended up getting balayage in addition to my hair cut and I could not have been more happy with my results. Dorina knew exactly what she was doing and listened to what I wanted. It was such a great experience and I highly recommend her services !
