Will never book with here again and this was my regular salon (cut blow dry highlights) they put a extra cost on EVERYTHING the first few times it was added on & I would get something done without being told it cost extra (a special shampoo which cost £20 more they would just say it like this one is nice but would not let you know there was a extra cost) I got a blow dry was rubbish & didn’t hold left the salon to receive a call to pay the remaining? When I paid online! It’s cash only & dodgy af

I would not recommend this salon and have had an appalling experience with them. I booked an ombre and prepaid £160 via Treatwell. When I arrived they tried to increase the price to over £300. This was disingenuous and the stylist was dismissive. I was upset and left without the treatment. I requested a refund via Treatwell and contacted the salon directly to follow up. They have denied being paid and are not responding to Treatwell to facilitate my refund. I am £160 out of pocket and fed up.
