The worst haircut I’ve ever had. The person didn’t speak english and I showed him and another girl in the salon a picture, he seemed to understand. I asked for a refresh and long layers (my hair was down to the middle of my lower back) and he cut my hair one length to my shoulders. He also cut an uneven heavy fringe which is not what I asked for. I walked away very anxious and bewildered as to how this happened.
Be VERY cautious. I would never go back.
