I went in with a very clear idea of the cut + style that I wanted - multiple reference photos + description of length + layers I’d like. My hair was waist length + the style chosen was a couple inches shorter. We agreed on how much would be taken off + the stylist even held up two inches of hair to confirm the amount being taken off. I was told that the cuts he was making were layers, yet I left with hair 7/8 inches shorter than I wanted. I’m quite upset + have bought some extensions.
