Came for a haircut. Thought I was getting wash cut and blow dry. The treatment was apparently unclear to staff on treatwell so only received wash and cut with half blow dry, leaving the salon looking like a boofy wet dog. So unimpressed! The hairdresser kindly offered me a discount for next time. Felt worse leaving then when I came in.

I have been here a few times but this was my first time getting my hair coloured and it was possibly the worst colour I have had in a long time. The staff aren't very understanding - they were aware how upset I was wth my hair and didn't offer to correct it. When they did correct it, I had to pay for it. Not very good english spoken so be careful when explaining what you want.
