I had my hair cut here on Monday. My booking was under the incorrect name. They put me with a trainee without telling me, who did not wash my hair properly and the cut is longer on one side than the other and is shorter than I wanted it. Will have to go somewhere else to pay to get it fixed. The staff were unfriendly and the place was loud and not relaxing in any way,
