I rarely leave negative reviews, but this haircut was one of the worst I’ve had. There was no communication, no visible care or process, and the whole experience felt incredibly rushed. The layers were uneven and sloppy, and to make matters worse, the hairdresser’s hands smelled strongly of cigarette smoke – not exactly pleasant when someone is working so close to you.
I ended up booking an appointment at a different salon two days later to fix the damage. Would not recommend – steer clear.
