Great massage. Tailored to exactly what I needed. I was made to feel really welcome and offered a tea before we went to the massage room which gave me time to sit and relax beforehand.

This is probably the only place I've gone to in London where my eyebrows don't come out bald! Great attention to detail and listened to exactly what I said. Super pleased!

The lady who did the waxing for me was very skilled and gentle.
I was very nervous because I was traumatised by the pain of my first time waxing experience,
but she was kind enough to soothe me and the waxing process was very smooth.
only thing is apparently hot wax (unlike very painful strip wax!) is £25, but the lady in the counter said for first timer she would charge £20. still, i'll recommend it to friends because the service is professional and nice.
