I accidentally booked a lie down instead of a stand up and the staff were very accomdating to me wanting to switch over - I didn't have to wait too long even though the salon was fairly busy. Thumbs up!

Slight wait for the sunbeds but there were plenty of magazines to keep me entertained! The staff are all very friendly too!

As always a good experience and value for money. I did not have any problems or delays. The subbed was free at the time of my appointment. The staff did not explain the procedure to me but this was because I had visited before and knew what needs to be done. The result was good but not unnatural.
