The treatment was OK but not as thorough as I would have expected and not as pain free as the extra amount paid for the hot wax would suggest. Also I didn't feel that the technician taking care of my wax made a huge effort with chatting/building rapport. I think paying full price without a discount for this place would be bad value for money.
