The place was very nice, staff are all very attentive and friendly.
I went for the express facial which was great, 30mins very relaxing and my skin felt really clean afterwards. The beautician was very experienced and asks about your skin type etc before starting

The spray tan came out well, however I had requested a Sienna X spray tan (£15), but they only had Saint Tropez available in my shade (£25) and I was disappointed that I was made to pay the extra money, when I had pre-booked the Sienna X tan and it wasn't my fault that they didn't have it in stock.

Very reasonable tanning rates for London. I had initially booked for 6 mins but as I was quite fair the lady advised me to start with 3 mins then I could do the next 3 mins another time, which was very professional of her to advise. Overall very happy with my experience, friendly staff and have since returned :)
