The staff at the venue are friendly and welcoming.The reception and waiting area are immaculate.The room used for spray tanning could use a little updating in comparison to the downstairs-my only slight negative would be that it would be polite to ask clients if they wish to change in private.

This was the fourth time I have had the California spray tan at this salon. I asked for the dark colour, as I normally do. Unfortunately the colour was not nearly as dark as I had hoped for - literally only a shade or two darker than my natural colour, and I am very pale. The lady sprayed me twice but even so it wasn't noticeable. Even my friends were surprised that I wasn't darker.
Also, it was a bit awkward as the lady was going to stay in the room with me as I got changed out of my clothing into the paper knickers and hat. I thought that a bit of privacy would be given as standard, as I don't really want a stranger seeing me stumbling out of my underwear during what is already a rather intimate procedure.
I'll give them one more chance, as my other experiences have been better all round.
