I am so upset and disappointed with the service I have just had. I had HD brows which I have had about 7/8 times previously at this venue and have always been happy with them but this time I have had the skin on my eyelids ripped off and now I am left with a line of sores and scabs underneath my eyebrows on both eyes and it is so painful. My eyelids started stinging really bad as soon as she had waxed them and she then proceeded to get a brush and some powder to try to calm the redness down, at this point I wasn't aware that she had ripped my skin off but she clearly was aware. So she was basically using a rough brush on open wounds. It was really painful so I let her know and she stopped and passed me a mirror. Thats when I saw that she had ripped my skin off, I couldn't believe! I also couldn't believe she had been trying to brush over the open flesh with a rough brush and powder as that was clearly not the right thing to do and made it all the more painful. Her reaction was very disappointing, she didn't apologise or offer me anything to soothe them. She told me they would scab and that I need some Aloe Vera and then went on to say she doesn't know what more she can say to me. I was so shocked and so upset I nearly forgot my bag when leaving the venue. I will be going in later today to show the manager, I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and I will be lucky if they have healed enough to even cover them up by then.

Always get good service at Sheer Bliss, have had a few waxes there now and they are very efficient and do their best to make it pain free! I would definitely recommend them.

Fab spray tan! The therapist took her time to choose the right shade for me and then really paid attention to detail when applying. It lasted well for 5 days. Would definitely re-book!
