I've been going to sheer bliss for a while and always have a good experience, it is clean and they are very efficient and pleasant. This time I felt the therapist wasn't as good as usual, she was a bit too firm and brisk with me. I will still come back but go to a different therapist next time.

Ambience and value for money is always top notch but staff could be more welcoming and the cleanliness of tanning booths could be better (last time there was rubbish all over the floor in my booth - empty water bottles, food packaging..)
