I go here regularly for beauty upkeep appointments and decided to try a facial - the therapist was knowledgeable and helpful but while one of the products was left to sink in on my skin, she was tapping away on her phone, which made the whole thing not that relaxing. Will still go for threading/waxing/fake tan, but maybe not an indulgent facial!
