As always, a different member of staff did the waxing, but as always, they were friendly, efficient and did a stellar job. I can never go anywhere else for my waxing, these ladies are terrific.

Each time I have a Brazilian here I get ingrown hairs and the treatment is always more painful than other salons. The staff aren't always that friendly and can be rude and abrupt (depending on who you get). The treatment room space is so cramped that you can only relax one leg and have to lean the other against the wall. I've since found a nicer salon with more highly skilled beauticians that are very friendly. Spend your money somewhere else.

The salon staff were all incredibly friendly. The beautician was very quick and it was genuinely the best / least painful wax I've ever had! Definitely going again, couldn't recommend enough.
