I visited Sheer Bliss and used the sunbeds. The new area is clean and I did not have to wait around very long. As usual, the staff were all lovely and friendly!

My appointment was at 7.30pm so I was near the end of the day. As a result I felt it was very rushed. The waxing was not even. Beautician was not very friendly which I am OK with when being waxed but I felt she was trying to get it done as quick as possible.
Also, when I went to pay, they did not realise I had paid already online. I was told it was 28 while on Treatwell it was 30. I had got the 5 discount so I did not fight this but this does not reflect well on Treatwell.
