My shellac manicure was peeling off the day after application and the manicurist who applied it was not too friendly. However, after a few phone calls, the salon agreed to reapply the whole thing at no extra cost and the manicurist for the reapplication was lovely.

As always, a different member of staff did the waxing, but as always, they were friendly, efficient and did a stellar job. I can never go anywhere else for my waxing, these ladies are terrific.

Each time I have a Brazilian here I get ingrown hairs and the treatment is always more painful than other salons. The staff aren't always that friendly and can be rude and abrupt (depending on who you get). The treatment room space is so cramped that you can only relax one leg and have to lean the other against the wall. I've since found a nicer salon with more highly skilled beauticians that are very friendly. Spend your money somewhere else.
