My appointment was moved 30 minutes later without consultation, which was fine, but then when I arrived I was told to sit down and wait for my appointment, and sat for over 30 minutes. After waiting with no comment or mention of my appointment, I was asked to complete a form before I could go in. Once I went upstairs the assistant was brisk to the point of rudeness, and asked me what I would like. I let her know I pre-booked. She then told me I had a few options and listed the prices... I let her know I had paid and honestly couldn't remember which specific booking I had made, but surely she had this information. She rolled her eyes and went downstairs to find out my booking for me. She returned and completed the tan. The service was really very very rubbish, and even just for that I wouldn't come back.
The tan itself is patchy, poorly applied and bad quality. I looked after it perfectly. I wore an almost mumu like dress on the way home, and didn't wear shoed for over 3 hours, yet I still have shoe lines and patchy legs. Really disappointing considering how much work I put in to make it well applied.
