Have had a wax here before with Kudret who was amazing and very experienced. The experience this time couldn't have been more different. The therapist hardly spoke to me which made it quite awkward. The wax was more painful than usual. I left feeling sticky with a lot of broken hairs and a wonky landing strip.

As always the treatment was exactly what I wanted. There are a large range of gel colours to choose from. Removal and application was fast and I was really please with my nails.
