The Staff are pleasant. Service is usually quick when the appointment is booked through treatwell.
The stand up units are a little tired, with the odd bulb out and a handle missing to close the door when you are in, but the price reflects this.
Good location right next to the tube also.

It all depends on which manicurist you get in this place. This time my manicure was a disaster, missing nail polish on the boarders, very very slow, and the lady wouldn't leave the nails under the light long enough to get properly dry.
