Would give this 4.5 stars. It just missed 5 as the technician cut my nail cuticles a bit too far back and secondly,like others mention the lack of a colour palette is quite frustrating. I would have felt I had more options with other brands if there was a colour chart available. Apart from above gripes, everything else was fantastic. It felt very professional and the technician was friendly but focused on job at hand leaving me to relax and enjoy the frothy coffee provided. Nothing felt rushed and I left with a good quality manicure. Would definitely return!

Average gel polish service. Lady at reception was very curt - chastised me for failing to book the removal of my gel polish in addition to the new gel polish service and erroneously told me it would cost £10 for the removal. The printed price list quoted £5 where removal is followed by reapplication. She offered the listed price only after questioned.
