Unfortunately there was an accident during gel polish removal, but the staff were really apologetic and helpful and the management made an effort to check up on me/credit my account afterwards. Really nice people who care about their customers.

The salon is well located and staff had a friendly and professional attitude. Reception staff were good, my nail technician was fabulous and I was really happy with her working attitude. Sadly the eyebrow threading wasn’t very good, despite the technician telling me she’d been threading most of her years - the client before we was not thrilled with her result, which is why it was suggested she was an exception. Truth is, the eyebrow job was overpriced especially for the finished result.
