At first everything was ok. I had the test patch two days before (a bit of was on my arm and HD colour stick). My appointment was on time however she started to do without asking how I want my eyebrow. When I start to explain and tell her what I am expecting, she jumped and negatively comment on my eyebrow and that it will not be what I want ( My eyebrow are far better than something an beautician cold not work with) I got upset but told her that I want some thing similar by showing her a picture but she still was disagreed. she start threading without doing any waxing. she didn't even my eyebrows so I told her. she used a very dark powder and draw very unprofessionally. I got scared and asked her to lighten the colour. I told her about was as I had no shape and it was very un clean. she said oh no your eyebrows are thin so i didn't do and if you want i do now ( which is wrong to do at the end after treading when my slin is already red). She gave me feedback form and stand next to me watching me. I would of wrote differently definitely. The actual disaster was when I was in my car and tried to clean the powder she put on my eyebrows to look fuller as it was a lot. I was shocked to see the start of my right eyebrow has been cut by mistake so now I understand why she put so much powder. its almost a week an my eyebrow is still broken. just to dye eyebrow and have a unprofessional thread does not worth £30.

I was hugely impressed by the service I received at Sheer bliss. My beautician was knowledgable, attentive and really precise with the shellac pedicure. I was offered a hot drink and given lots of really useful advice as to how to look after my feet after the callus peel. From start to finish, a great experience.

The staff at Sheer Bliss is always smiley and helpful. My gel pedi was great. My gel mani did not last as long as it should have... The nail technician was really paying attention to details when she did it but it started to chip after 5 days

Anna is an absolutely star! Very detailed and my nails always look great after a visit. I can easily have 3 weeks between appontments as they last so long! Highly recommended.
