The lady who did my treatments was brilliant and really welcoming.
Good selection of shades.
Reception staff were quite stand off ish and not warm and friendly. Downstairs is quite busy there were kids running around.
Upstairs was more serene although there were constantly people walking through to go get sunbeds.
