Had a difficult pedicure recently at Sheer Bliss. The girl didn’t speak English, which is not a dealbreaker, but she seemed completely uninterested. When i arrived she pointed at a wall of polishes and said choose, i said i wanted this color (showed her on my hands) she didn’t move and acted like she didn’t have it. After spending about 10 minutes looking for one amongst all their nailpolishes, juggling my bag and coat and umbrella while she stared at me, i found out they had more downstairs and i did find the color there. She seemed unsurprised. The water was scalding hot, then the pedi was harsh and uninspired, and there was no scrub this time..by the end she asked me to wait fifteen minutes for the nails to dry, i waited 30, the polished seemed dry but it had smudged by the time i got home. Maybe that polish was too old- i would’ve appreciated if they had advised me. There was zero communication! A bit weird. My feet look good so fair enough but the nails did hurt for a few days. I’ll do my best to avoid anyone but the therapist i already know and like at Sheer Bliss cause it’s a very different experience

Staff are so friendly, it always a calm environment although they had building going on it didn’t bother me too much as they’re always looking at improving the salon. Treatments are always done at a high standard ☺️
