Horrific eyelash extensions. They were supposed to be natural, individual lash applications, which is what I paid for - NOT clusters. Instead she applied extremely fake-looking synthetic clusters, with visible globs of glue at the attachment points, which started falling out the next day leaving mangy patches. I've had eyelash extensions many times and these were by far the worst. HUGE disappointment as I've had other treatments at this salon which were all great (mani, pedis, waxing).
