My second time getting my nails done by Anna and I love them! However the salon seems quite disorganised in terms of the bookings. On the day I made the booking through Treatwell the salon called me and asked me to come in 2 hours earlier in order to fit me in with Anna. When I got there on the day of the appointment at the time they told me to go, I was then told that there was a mix up with the appointments and that Anna wasn’t available and I had to have someone else do my nails even though I had specifically requested her through the app. This was very frustrating given I had left work early to go in at the time they told me to. In the end however they managed to sort it out and after waiting 45 mins Anna did my nails and she did a perfect job.
