I had to wait 30 minutes, and the treatment felt rushed—ending 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. I was disappointed, as I didn’t receive the full experience I expected, especially given the cost.

Reception are helpful. Therapist didn’t clean my face before waxing which is supposed to be included. She also didn’t wear gloves & squeezed a spot on my face very hard which I did not ask her to and was not ok. There was no aftercare advice either.
