This was the worst experience I have ever had in any beauty parlour I have ever been in London. First of all they couldn’t find my booking and treated me like I had decided to walk in and try to get a massage for free. The woman at the reception was awful. Unfriendly, moody, told me to sit and wait without any other information and had to ask again after waiting for 10 minutes when and if I was going to get served. 15 minutes delay from their part and then finally I am having the massage which was below basic, definitely not the swedish I paid for. More like stroking or something a massage student will give on their first day. And it was not an hour! It was 45 minutes which made me realise that I actually paid for those 15 minutes delay, even though it was their fault. When I told the therapist about this she said that the last 5 minutes are for resting (never heard this one before) but it was not 5 minutes, it was 15! Terrible. Just terrible. Avoid like the plague.
