No introduction about the treatment, no questions asked about what/how I wanted my brows shaped, no explanations and slightly rude overall. They also only take cash, which is annoying. The eyebrow shaping was fine in itself, location and cleanliness were good although I would have preferred if the staff sanitised their hands visibly before touching my face,
