Sheer Bliss is always great when you get there, however, they need to update the treatwell booking system to reflect actual staff availability - many times I have booked with a specific staff member only to be called to say that they aren't available. They then moved my booking, but didn't move all parts of it (I had booked in for two treatments) - so one dropped off the system.
