Room for improvement with Reception Staff more friendly faces would be nice they unsure re my appointment and in particular after my treatment they challenged the payment which had being done already online! also as I had to wait for my therapist she late beyond her control Reception staff could be more warming perhaps could have offered a hot drink whilst I was waiting. Treatment area looks nice but found it quite cold and where I sat it was not prepared as in the seating ! I saw next to me they had towels laid down on the leather seating I had to sit directly on leather which was cold! The cleaners were still working around the area! The therapist did offer Hot drink which was nice, she was friendly but spoke a lot in her language to another colleague there.
